Great location amazing team and service in the front desk. Average pool, breakfast also quite good even though slow and only the manager really speaks English. The elevator is annoying I have to say.

Fasano has been my favourite hotel brand in Brasil for years. The new hotel in Itaim brings the same unique Brazilian design and vibe to the neighbourhood of Itaim. The team is amazing, including the concierge (especially Denis) for providing a professional and personalised service that I have not experienced elsewhere. Loved it (and can’t wait to be back!).

The staff we're incredible. Since you arive, they do everything to serve you well! I really appreciate the waiters on the breakfast, they´re lovely! The fitness center is amazing!!!!
